The ski season is quickly approaching, and we have spent the summer making adaptations in accordance with the CDC and Governor Cooper’s guidelines.
The following are just a few of the improvements we have made over the summer:
Snowmaking automation installed on Upper Turkey Trot.
Replacement of 25% of our rental boots and skis.
An upgraded online sales/reservation system.
Pre-setting of rentals for customers using online reservations to get on the slopes faster.
Improved Terrain Park features.
The safety, health and wellbeing of our employees and guests has, and will continue to be, our top priority. We will follow the guidelines set forth by both the CDC and Governor Cooper this season. We understand these guidelines are ever changing, and we will continue to make changes to our plan and keep everyone informed as we move closer to opening day and throughout the season.
Among other changes, we have implemented enhanced cleaning protocols throughout the facility and will have hand washing/sanitizing stations available to guests in multiple convenient locations.
We are planning to be open as soon as Mother Nature allows, hopefully early-to-mid November!
